Job summary

Marktlink Transaction Services is seeking an experienced financial due diligence specialist to play a pivotal role in our entrepreneurial growth journey. You will lead and contribute to due diligence investigations, advise clients through complex transactions, and help expand our presence across Europe.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on ownership, collaboration, and practical deal execution.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
• Prior demonstrable FDD experience as a Senior Associate or Manager.
• 4-6 years’ experience in mid-market Transaction Advisory Services.
• Excellent client management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carry out financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes with your team.
• Drive new business pipelines and generate business.
• Be the first point of contact throughout the financial due diligence process.
• Contribute to projects reporting directly to the Managing Partner.

• You are responsible for carrying out financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes (together with your team);
• You are driving new business pipelines andgenerating business;

Requirements

Your profile

• You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mind set, you are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities and strive for collective success. You are detail-oriented, numerically strong, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Next to that, we would like you to have:
• A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar;
• Prior demonstrable FDD experience as an Senior Associate or Manager;
• Youbring 4-6 years’ experience in mid-market Transaction Advisory Services;
• Exceptional client management and multitasking abilities;
• Strong analytical andcommunication skills in both Dutch and English;
• An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset;
• Proficient in MS Office (incl. first class skills in Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint);
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to acquiring skills and getting the job completed;
• Strong project and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities;
• Curiosity with an enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge;
• A can-do attitude and no nonsense approach;
• For this role fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
