Job summary

Marktlink Transaction Services is seeking an experienced Transaction Services specialist to join our entrepreneurial team in Amsterdam/Rotterdam. You will drive financial due diligence projects, support buy- and sell-side mandates, and help create value throughout the transaction process.

You will source opportunities, lead analyses, and collaborate with the TS team to deliver high-quality advisory. The role combines growth potential with a hands-on, commercial mindset in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar.
• Prior demonstrable FDD experience as a Senior Associate or Manager.
• 4–6 years’ experience in Transaction Advisory Services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in Dutch and English.
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office (incl. first class skills in Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes (together with TS team).
• Directly contribute to new business pipelines and generating business.
• First point of contact for all stakeholders throughout the financial due diligence process.
• Advise on key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for sourcing and financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes (together with the TS team);

Your profile

You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mind set, you are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities and strive for collective success. You are detail-oriented, numerically strong, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Next to that, we would like you to have:

A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar;

Prior demonstrable FDD experience as an Senior Associate or Manager;

Youbring 4-6 years’ experience in Transaction Advisory Services;

Strong analytical andcommunication skills in both Dutch and English;

An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset;

Proficient in MS Office (incl. first class skills in Excel and PowerPoint);

Self-starter with a proactive approach to acquiring skills and getting the job completed;

Strong project and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities;

Curiosity with an enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge;

A can-do attitude and no nonsense approach;

For this role fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
