Job summary

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is seeking a Manager Technical Sales located in Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands. The role demands exceptional leadership and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on analytical thinking and operational discipline.

Job description

In order to effectively address the challenges ahead, the Manager Technical Sales must demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, operational discipline, and possess advanced negotiation and commercial expertise. You have strong numerical skills and think analytically. You hold yourself and others to high standards of work quality. Additional requirements for this vacancy are:

• a technical and/or commercial bachelor level, diploma or obtained through relevant experience;
• a minimum of 10 years of proven management experience;
• an existing network in the MRO aviation market would be an advantage; preferably relevant knowledge in aircraft technical field;
• mastery in written and spoken English and strong preference for native Dutch speaker;
• willing to work from the Netherlands (Schiphol-Rijk).
