Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to join our SAP team. You will lead design sessions, translate business needs into designs, and configure SAP S/4HANA (Cloud) services for diverse clients.

You will contribute to national and international projects, support testing and go-live readiness, and help drive innovation with SAP Build and AI. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, with proven leadership across project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience implementing S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Customer Service.
• Experience with CS, SD, CRM Service, Service Cloud, FSM, and SAP Field Service Management.
• Proven ability to lead SAP S4HANA Service projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and team management skills in international projects.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing S/4HANA Service and/or SAP Customer Service (e.g. service order management, preventive maintenance, in-house repairs, field service, etc.);
• Experience with CS, SD, CRM Service, Service Cloud, FSM, SAP Field Service Management is a plus;
• You have proven ability to lead SAP S4HANA Service projects from start to finish;
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams throughout the project lifecycle;
• Strong awareness of political and cultural dynamics in international projects;
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
