Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH) – Solutions is seeking a Manager Manufacturing IT solutions to lead end-to-end Manufacturing Technology, owning manufacturing applications and digital factory solutions across SAP and MES, ensuring IT/OT integration and governance.

Job title – Manager Manufacturing IT solutions

Locations – Maastricht, the Netherlands

Join our Digital & Technology – ERP & Applications team at Animal Nutrition & Health – Solutions and help drive the digital transformation of the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domain.

In this context, you will lead end-to-end Manufacturing Technology as a strategic capability by owning manufacturing applications and digital factory solutions, driving SAP and MES-enabled process transformation, ensuring seamless IT/OT integration, governing manufacturing master data and solution standards, and delivering integrated, secure, and high-quality digital capabilities that enable operational excellence, smart manufacturing, and continuous improvement across global production operations.

You will also define and execute a value-driven digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enabling scalable, customer-centric innovation across the value chain.

This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco), within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

Your key responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, OT, and Global Process Owners to translate business requirements into scalable digital manufacturing solutions.
• Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing solutions and processes across SAP (PP, PP-PI, QM, PM, EWM), MES, OT, automation platforms, and relat
• Ensure end-to-end solution architecture, process integration, and governance of manufacturing master data, supporting operational excellence, compliance, standardization, and business continuity.
• Drive Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and IT/OT convergence initiatives through automation, shopfloor connectivity, real-time data, advanced analytics, and digital innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders by optimizing manufacturing performance, OEE, quality, reliability, throughput, and cost through digital capabilities and process transformation.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery of global transformation programs (including SAP S/4HANA, MES, and Smart Factory initiatives), while promoting DevSecOps, product-centric ways of working, and adoption of emerging manufacturing technologies.

You bring

• 8+ years of experience delivering and optimizing digital manufacturing solutions, with deep expertise in SAP Manufacturing (PP, PP-PI, QM, PM, EWM), MES, production planning, quality, maintenance, and shopfloor operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, master data, and operational technologies, including BOMs, routings, recipes, SCADA, PLCs, historians, ISA-95, IT/OT integration, and Smart Factory environments.
• Proven ability to design and integrate end-to-end manufacturing solutions across SAP, MES, Quality, Supply Chain, LIMS, Engineering, Warehouse Management, and OT platforms within complex global manufacturing organizations.
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA, MES, Industry 4.0, manufacturing harmonization, and digital transformation programs, from requirements through deployment, adoption, and operational support.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, Agile, Product-Centric and DevSecOps ways of working, including CI/CD, security-by-design, monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in English, with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, OT, and Digital & Technology teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and successfully deliver complex global manufacturing transformation initiatives.
