Qualifications

• At least four years of experience as a management assistant, office manager, or secretary.
• Higher professional education (HBO) level.
• Ability to switch between different situations proactively and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and streamline schedules.
• Professionally handle incoming and outgoing communications.
• Process emails.
• Take minutes during meetings and discussions.
• Organize events and meetings.
• Perform various supportive tasks contributing to smooth operation.
