Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimaal 1-2 jaar verkoopervaring, bij voorkeur in de schoonheidsindustrie.

• Expertise in luxe service en het leveren van persoonlijke ervaringen.

Responsibilities

• Inspireren en adviseren van klanten met een unieke make-up ervaring.
• Maximaliseren van verkoopkansen en behalen van verkoopdoelen.
• Actief bijdragen aan teamprestaties en commerciële successen.

As one of our talented Make‑Up Artists, you will inspire and delight clients with your creativity, skill, and flair — while also driving sales and achieving targets.

In this role, your exceptional customer service, deep product knowledge, and mastery of makeup artistry will allow you to exceed expectations every day and contribute to the store’s commercial success.

You’ll bring each customer a personalized, memorable in‑store experience, fueled by your love for beauty, people, and our trendsetting brand.

While inspiring and educating clients, you will also maximize sales opportunities, recommend products confidently, and contribute actively to team performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beauty industry
• 2–3 years of professional makeup artistry experience
• Degree or certification as an esthetician and/or makeup artist is a plus
• Expertise in luxury service: delivering inspiring, authentic, and personalized experiences
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional service
• Social media savvy and up‑to‑date with the latest makeup trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Languages: Dutch and English
