Job summary

Jobster in Venlo is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot a wide range of production equipment in a modern manufacturing environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, resolve breakdowns and help improve machine reliability in a collaborative team.

The role offers a direct contract with the employer and a competitive gross salary. You will work a four-shift rotation with potential transition to two shifts in the future, and receive a 35.04% shift allowance along

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and basic electrical faults
• Identifying root causes of technical issues and implementing sustainable solutions
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals and electrical schematics
• Replacing defective components and coordinating spare parts with suppliers
• Registering maintenance activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Communicating maintenance activities during shift handovers
• Collaborating with suppliers and internal departments to resolve technical issues
• Contributing to continuous improvements that increase machine reliability and production performance

As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure that production equipment remains in excellent condition. You perform preventive maintenance, resolve breakdowns and contribute to improving machine reliability together with your colleagues.

Your responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and basic electrical faults
• Identifying root causes of technical issues and implementing sustainable solutions
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals and electrical schematics
• Replacing defective components and coordinating spare parts with suppliers

Working hours

You will work in a four-shift rotation. The organisation has plans to transition to a two-shift schedule in the future.
