Qualifications

• Experience maintaining industrial equipment in production environments.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to maximize uptime.
• Repair assembly equipment and maintain mechanical systems.
• Service warehouse and shipping equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot automation equipment from suppliers to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records in ServiceNow or equivalent system.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment failures quickly to protect schedules.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and implement solutions.
• Develop solutions using 3D printing for maintenance challenges.
• Respond to critical breakdowns and prevent recurrences.
• Train operators on safe and correct use of machinery.
• Prioritize maintenance activities to meet production targets.
