Job summary

Nedlin's Netherlands is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep advanced production equipment in top condition. Based in Elsloo, you will join a technical service team and support two-shift operations with appropriate shift allowances.

Role requires technical training, 2+ years in a similar role, and strong interest in electrical engineering and mechanics. Collaborate with production managers to optimize washing processes.

Qualifications

• Education or training in a technical field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Affinity with electrical engineering, PLC, and control technology.
• Strong mechanical insight.
• Ability to work independently, decisively, and with motivation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on various machines and equipment.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Elsloo, Netherlands
Salary: €3,100 - €3,200 Gross per Month (excluding allowances)
Employment Type: Full-time, Two-Shift Schedule

Nedlin's factory is equipped with advanced X-ray scanners, camera techniques, folding robots, chip recognition, and a dynamic storage system. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our cutting-edge equipment operates at peak efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on various machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal production processes.
• Work closely with colleagues on the production floor to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist in starting up and shutting down machines daily.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on our modern machinery.

You will be part of our technical service team in Elsloo, working alongside a Head of Technical Service and approximately 8-10 Maintenance Technicians in a two-shift schedule. You will collaborate with production managers and employees to optimize every aspect of the washing process.

  • 20:00 - 06:00 = 145%
• Fixed end-of-year bonus (5.33% as per Textile Care Collective Labor Agreement).
