Booston.io zoekt een ervaren Maintenance Technician die operationeel leiderschap combineert met technische deskundigheid om productie-installaties betrouwbaar en efficiënt te houden. Je leidt een team, deelt kennis en werkt samen met de Head of Technical Services aan continue verbetering en professionalisering van de onderhoudsafdeling.

Een hands-on mentaliteit en uitgebreide elektrische kennis zijn vereist, met een focus op voedselindustrie.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als onderhouds- of storingsmonteur in de voedingsindustrie.
• Sterke elektrische kennis en vermogen om storingen effectief te diagnosticeren en op te lossen.
• Ervaring in training en ondersteuning van collega’s.

Responsabilités

• Leid een team van onderhoudstechnici en deel kennis.
• Zorg voor betrouwbaarheid en continue verbetering van machines en productielijnen.

Over de functie

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician who is eager to share knowledge, take initiative, and lead a team in a dynamic production environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of machinery, installations, and production lines. You will not only resolve technical issues but also act as a mentor and role model for your colleagues. Working closely with the Head of Technical Services, you will contribute to the ongoing development and professionalization of the maintenance department.

Wat wij vragen

• Completed technical education (MBO level 4) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field
• At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance or troubleshooting technician, preferably in the food industry
• Strong electrical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults effectively
• Proven experience in training and supporting colleagues
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive attitude toward challenges and improvement projects
• Good command of Dutch (spoken and written); additional languages such as English are an advantage
