Job summary

Luba in Tilburg zoekt een onderhoudstechnicus voor een direct dienstverband. Je werkt fulltime (40 uur) van maandag tot en met vrijdag in een moderne industriële omgeving, waarin onderhoud, reparatie en verbetering van machines centraal staan.

Je dag start met een korte teamoverleg, daarna voer je preventief en technisch onderhoud uit, verhelp storingen en analyseert oorzaken. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en andere afdelingen om productieprocessen te optimaliseren en mee te groeien via

• HBO werk- en denkniveau vereist.
• 2–5 jaar ervaring als onderhoudstechnicus of soortgelijke functie.

Start working as a maintenance technician in Tilburg with a direct employment contract!

Over de vacature:

As a maintenance technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving technical installations and machinery in a modern industrial environment. You will work full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. In this role, you will have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills through training and career advancement opportunities within the company. This is a permanent position in which you will play a direct role in the success of the technical team.

You will start your working day with a brief team meeting to discuss the schedule and priorities. You will then carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on various machines, equipment, and installations. You will identify malfunctions, analyze their causes, and ensure that they are resolved quickly and effectively for the long term. Throughout the day, you will work closely with colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to a safe and pleasant working environment. You will also liaise with other departments to minimize breakdowns and optimize production processes.

• Minimum higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working
