Zusammenfassung

SSI SCHÄFER is seeking a Maintenance & Service Team Leader for PRIMARK’s distribution centre in Roosendaal, the Netherlands. You will lead a team of five, stay hands-on with technologies like cranes, AGVs, sensors, scanners and conveyors, and ensure reliable daily maintenance across the site.

We offer a permanent contract, a five-shift system averaging 34 hours per week, a travel allowance, 27 days of leave and a pension plan under the Metalektro CLA.

Qualifikationen

• You have a secondary vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking.
• You have at least five years of work experience in a technical environment.
• You are able to coach, support and motivate employees.
• You are approachable and can communicate effectively with employees, managers, the customer and other stakeholders.
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
• Certificates such as VCA, RAMS, Low Voltage or NEN 3140 would be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead the daily maintenance activities and coach a team of five employees.
• Stay hands-on with automation systems and ensure smooth operation of cranes, AGVs, sensors and conveyors.
• Coordinate with PRIMARK and GXO to align activities and prepare handover reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and drive efficiency.
