WITRON Group in Nieuwegein sucht einen Maintenance Planner (CDC) zur Planung und Optimierung der Wartungsstrategie vor Ort. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem On-site-Team zusammen und entwickeln präventive sowie korrigierende Wartungspläne basierend auf modernen Methoden.
Sie bringen eine technische Ausbildung mit und verfügen idealerweise über Erfahrung in Wartungsplanung; gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Niederländisch vorteilhaft.
Qualifications
- MBO 4 / EQF Level 4 oder HBO-Abschluss in einem technischen Fach.
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in einer Planungsrolle und mehrere Jahre als Wartungstechniker.
- Kenntnisse in Wartungsplanung, Wartungsmanagementsystemen und -prozessen.
- Analytisch, gut organisiert, pragmatisch und sorgfältig unter Druck.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse; Niederländisch von Vorteil.
Responsibilities
- Planen und Umsetzen der Wartungsstrategie und Ableitung in praktikable Wartungspläne vor Ort.
- Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Wartungsplänen, Verfahren und Arbeitsanweisungen.
- Eigenständige Planung von präventiven und korrektiven Wartungsaktivitäten mit modernen Methoden.
- Planung der Wartungstechniker und Erteilung von Instandhaltungsaufträgen.
- Überwachung von Arbeitsstunden, Ersatzteilen, Kosten und Fortschritt der Wartungsarbeiten.
- Beratung von Abteilungen vor Ort und dem Kunden zu geplanten Wartungen und Reparaturen.
- Bereitstellung der nötigen Informationen und Anleitung für komplexe Wartungsaufgaben.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Spare Parts Koordinator beim Beschaffen von Materialien und Werkzeugen.
- Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Dokumentationsnachweisen.

- implement and maintain the appropriate maintenance strategy and translate it into practical and effective maintenance plans for the on‑site maintenance team
- analyse existing maintenance activities and continuously improve maintenance schedules, procedures, and work instructions
- independently plan both preventive and corrective maintenance activities using modern maintenance methodologies
- schedule the required maintenance technicians and issue maintenance work orders
- monitor ongoing maintenance activities regarding labour hours, spare parts, costs, and progress
- consult and advise various on‑site departments and the customer regarding planned maintenance and repair activities
- provide maintenance technicians with the necessary information and guidance for specific and complex maintenance tasks
- collaborate closely with the Spare Parts Coordinator to identify, order, and manage the required materials and tools
- perform quality inspections on completed maintenance work and verify related documentation and registrations
- evaluate completed maintenance activities and perform cost analyses based on labour hours, shift reports, spare parts consumption, and maintenance costs
- work together with the on‑site maintenance team to identify the root causes of system disruptions, fault rates, and fault durations, and implement sustainable solutions
- analyse maintenance, repair, conversion, overhaul, modernization, and improvement processes and ensure proper documentation of implemented optimisations
- develop maintenance and inspection plans, including task content, intervals, and scheduling, in cooperation with the Performance Engineer, and create improvement orders within Witool
- contribute to the development of training initiatives aimed at enhancing the technical and methodological competencies of the on‑site maintenance team
- support the evaluation, planning, coordination, and monitoring of larger maintenance projects, including overhauls, optimisations, renovations, and modernisation activities
- assist in maintaining and continuously updating performance and cost evaluations, KPIs, reports, and technical documentation in collaboration with the Performance Engineer
- vocational qualification (MBO 4 / EQF Level 4) or HBO bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline
- have at least one year of experience in a similar planning role and several years of experience as a maintenance technician
- have knowledge of maintenance planning, maintenance management systems, and maintenance processes
- you are highly analytical, well‑organised, pragmatic, and able to work accurately under pressure
- you possess strong problem‑solving skills, perseverance, and experience working in a project‑oriented environment
- you communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
- knowledge of Dutch is an advantage, but not required
- in possession of car and transportation
