Job Overview

As an On‑site Maintenance Manager at DC PLUS you will oversee the maintenance, optimisation and continuity of complex automated installations in our fully automated distribution centre in Oss.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, optimise and ensure continuity of automated systems.
• Lead and manage on‑site maintenance teams.
• Apply project and change management to improve processes.
• Analyse technical and organisational issues and implement solutions.
• Own budget and resource management.
• Ensure safety, efficiency and reliability standards.

Qualifications

• HBO or WO level technical education.
• Experience in maintenance, operations or technical service environment.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Analytical thinking and ability to oversee complex technical and organisational issues.
• Project management, change management and continuous improvement experience.
• Creativity and problem‑solving skills with limited resources.
• Experience with budget responsibility and resource management.
