Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corporation in the Netherlands is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure proper maintenance and revisions of machinery, leveraging electronics, mechanical engineering, and robotics knowledge. The role covers machines including punching, injection molding, hydraulics, and 6-axis robotics.

You will lead projects, procure parts, schedule revisions, and maintain safety and 5S in a large maintenance department.

Qualifications

• Technical education at least MBO-4 in Mechatronics.
• 1-3 years of work experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Resolve second-line malfunctions.

What will you do?

Job summary:

You are responsible for the necessary maintenance and revisions of the machinery and ensure that they are scheduled and executed. You have sufficient knowledge in the fields of electronics, mechanical engineering, and robotics.

Regal Rexnord’s machinery consists of a large number of machines with various techniques. These include punching and cold forming of steel, injection molding machines, and assembly machines. These machines extensively utilize hydraulics and various forms of robotics (pick & place, 6-axis). Tasks within the Maintenance department will be allocated based on specialization in consultation with the Technical Supervisor.

Your responsibilities:

• Resolving second-line malfunctions;
• Following the department’s schedule;
• Independently leading and supervising projects;
• Procuring necessary parts from the relevant supplier and maintaining good contacts with these suppliers;
• Assessing machines and scheduling revisions as needed in consultation with relevant departments and the Planning department;
• Performing machine repairs in consultation with the respective department;
• Maintaining knowledge of safety and machinery guidelines;
• Ensuring a clean and safe workplace (5S);
