Job summary

VistaPrint Manufacturing zoekt een onderhouds-ingenieur voor planning, uitvoering en optimalisatie van onderhoud in een hightech, geautomatiseerde omgeving. Je werkt samen met planner/supervisor en engineers om beschikbaarheid en veiligheid te maximaliseren.

Je beheert preventief onderhoud in CMMS Ultimo, integreert nieuwe apparatuur met strikte documentatie en zoekt voortdurend naar technische verbeteringen in samenwerking met leveranciers en interne teams.

Qualifications

• HBO-niveau graad in mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek.
• Professionele ervaring in onderhoud of betrouwbaarheid.
• Vloeiende Engelse en Nederlandse communicatie over meerdere niveaus.
• Ervaring met CMMS-software (bij voorkeur Ultimo).
• Geavanceerde Microsoft Excel-vaardigheden.

Responsibilities

• Plan- en uitvoeringsfasen van onderhoudactiviteiten leiden voor maximale beschikbaarheid en veiligheid.
• Preventief onderhoud in CMMS Ultimo optimaliseren en beheren.
• Nieuwe apparatuur in CMMS integrieren met documentatie en validatie.
• Technische verbeteringen identificeren en samenwerken met leveranciers.
• Onderhoudsgegevens analyseren voor continue verbetering.
• Werkwijzen standaardiseren met duidelijke documentatie en instructies.
• Samenwerken met productie en engineering binnen VDM, TPM en Lean Six Sigma.

Our Team
You will join our dedicated Maintenance department, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. As a vital link between the production and maintenance organizations, our team thrives in a high-tech, automated environment where collaboration and technical excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

What You Will Do

• Drive the "planning, preparation, and execution" of maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment availability and process safety, in close collaboration with our Maintenance Planner and our Maintenance Supervisors.
• Optimize and manage the preventive maintenance program within our CMMS (Ultimo), ensuring all tasks add tangible value to operations.
• Lead the integration of new equipment into the CMMS, overseeing strict documentation, registration, and validation protocols.
• Proactively identify and implement technical improvements for machinery and tools, collaborating closely with external suppliers to request quotes and oversee execution.
• Analyze maintenance data to generate factual reports that drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Standardize work methods by documenting solutions and providing direct technical instructions to your colleagues in the Maintenance team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Production and Engineering teams to facilitate best practices in frameworks like VDM, TPM, and Lean Six Sigma.

• HBO-level degree or equivalent in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
• Professional experience in maintenance or reliability engineering
• Fluency in English and Dutch, with strong communication skills to collaborate across different organizational levels
• Experience working with CMMS software (ideally Ultimo)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Nice to Have

• Certification or practical experience in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
• Experience working within Value Driven Maintenance (VDM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) frameworks
• Advanced knowledge of Control Technology and Pneumatics
• Experience working in a large-scale (30,000+ m2) automated production facility
• Qualified to take on the role of Installatieverantwoordelijke (NEN 3140)
• Deep knowledge of NEN 1010
