Job summary

Twente Personeelsdiensten zoekt in Oldenzaal een gedreven Operator voor de productie van hoogwaardige zuivelproducten. Je bestuurt en stelt machines in, bewaakt de kwaliteit en werkt in een hecht team van circa 10 collega’s.

Je voert eindcontroles uit, registreert data en schiet bij in logistieke afstemming. Er zijn twee ploegen met klantgerichte service en ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 3 diploma in Food Technology or VAPRO A/B required.
• HACCP ervaring vereist.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal vereist.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, instellen en afstellen van productie machines.
• Uitvoeren van eindcontroles en registraties bijhouden.
• Samenwerken met logistiek voor efficiënt productieproces.
• Deelnemen aan daily board meetings om verbeteringen te bespreken.
• Kleine storingen verhelpen en licht onderhoud doen met technische dienst.

Then this is your chance! For our client in Oldenzaal, we are looking for an enthusiastic Operator who wants to contribute to the production of high-quality dairy products.

As Operator, you will ensure that the production process in the filling and packing department runs smoothly. You are responsible for operating, adjusting and cleaning the machines and keep a close eye on the quality of the products. You work in a close-knit team of about 10 colleagues and have a varied job as the filling lines change regularly.

Your duties include:

• Operate, set and adjust production machines.
• Perform final checks and maintain records.
• Collaborate with different departments, such as logistics, for an efficient process.
• Participate in daily board meetings to discuss improvements.
• Fix minor faults and carry out light maintenance work, together with the technical service.

You will work in 2 shifts:

• Early shift: 06:00 - 15:00
• Late shift: 15:00 - 00:00

What are we looking for?

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
• Completed MBO education level 3 in the direction of Food Technology or VAPRO A and/or B.
• Experience with HACCP.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Operator in the food industry.
• Good command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
