Job summary

Bleckmann in the Netherlands is seeking a Machine Operator to keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. You will set up, adjust, and operate packaging machines and work with colleagues across production, logistics and technical teams.

We look for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are team oriented, and have an interest in technology. English is required, Dutch is a plus, and weekend work may be needed to meet deadlines.

What will you do?

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for keeping our production process running efficiently and safely. You ensure machines operate at peak performance and that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Your tasks include:

• Setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines

• Monitoring the production process and making adjustments where needed

• Performing quality checks on finished products

• Solving minor technical issues and carrying out basic maintenance

• Collaborating with colleagues from production, logistics, and technical teams

• Ensuring a safe working environment at all times
