Job summary

Bleckmann in the Netherlands is seeking a Machine Operator to keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. You will set up, adjust, and operate packaging machines, monitor the process, and perform quality checks on finished products.

You thrive in a dynamic environment, can solve minor malfunctions independently, and collaborate with colleagues from production, logistics, and technical teams. English is required; Dutch is a plus, and weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Dynamic, fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Able to stay calm under pressure and switch tasks quickly.
• Interest in technology and machines.
• Able to diagnose and fix minor malfunctions independently.
• Team-oriented mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills a plus.
• Technical experience or education is advantageous.
• Willingness to work weekends when required.

What will you do?

As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for keeping our production process running efficiently and safely. You ensure machines operate at peak performance and that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Your tasks include:

• Setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines
• Monitoring the production process and making adjustments where needed
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Solving minor technical issues and carrying out basic maintenance
• Collaborating with colleagues from production, logistics, and technical teams
• Ensuring a safe working environment at all times
