Job summary

Sia ищет инженера-ML/AI с MSc и 2–4 годами опыта для руководства командой и разработки продакшн-решений. Ваша роль — вести архитектурные решения, работать с клиентами на мультидисциплинарных проектах и наставлять инженеров в области машинного обучения и обработки данных.

Требуется глубокие знания Python, опыт работы с облачными платформами и DevOps, а также готовность к командировкам и владение английским и нидерландским языками. Офис в Нидерландах, Амстердам.

Qualifications

• Степень MSc в Computer Science, Applied Math, AI, Embedded Systems или смежной области.
• 2–4 года опыта разработки production ML/DL пайплайнов и моделей.
• Глубокие знания ML/Deep Learning и в одной из областей: CV, NLP, DL.
• Экспертные навыки программирования на Python и минимум одного из Scala, C++ или Java.

Responsibilities

• Возглавлять внутреннюю команду по разработке AI-продуктов.
• Работать над проектами клиентов в многофункциональной команде как эксперт по предметной области.
• Принимать архитектурные и проектные решения для облачных сред.
• Создавать продакшн-ML/AI решения на основе надёжной инженерии.
• Координировать Data Scientists в выводе моделей в продакшн.
• Проводить обучение, вести внутренние встречи и внешние мероприятия.
• Участвовать во встречах команды и семинарах клиентов.
• Писать блог-посты, выступать на конференциях, выпускать пресс-релизы.

• Lead an internal team developing AI products
• Work on client projects as a subject-matter expert in a multidisciplinary team
• Make architectural and design decisions for cloud environments
• Build production-level ML/AI solutions using sound software engineering practices
• Guide Data Scientists in scaling models into production through parallelization, optimization, tuning, testing, and packaging
• Deliver training, lead internal meetings, and organize external events
• Participate in team meetings and client workshops
• Write blog articles, present at conferences, and issue press releases on the subject area being led

Требования

• Hold an MSc-level qualification in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, or a related field
• Have 2–4 years of experience building production-quality ML/Deep Learning pipelines and models
• Understand Machine Learning fundamentals and have strong knowledge in a specific domain, such as Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or NLP
• Have expert coding skills in Python and at least one of Scala, C++, or Java
• Have hands-on experience with database management languages such as SQL or PostgreSQL
• Have hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructures such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Have hands-on experience with Unix-based command lines and DevOps tools such as Git, Docker, or Kubernetes
• Have hands-on experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks
• Be strongly interested in data and AI-related topics and able to quickly build expertise in these areas
• Have experience coaching or mentoring other engineers
• Be willing to travel and work with local and international clients
• Be fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch
