This entry-level position offers hands-on exposure to M&A and corporate transactions, where you'll analyze M&A documents and support senior brokers. Strong analytical abilities and a team-oriented mindset are essential. A background in Law is desirable but not mandatory. The role promises a dynamic environment with networking opportunities.

Formación

• Industry experience is welcome, but not necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Analysing M&A documents, including financial statements and purchase agreements.
• Assisting with drafting insurance quotes, binders, and policies.
• Directly supporting senior brokers on live M&A deals.
• Managing a consistent pipeline of M&A deal flow.
• Engaging and communicating with insurance underwriters, lawyers, and investment managers.
• Attending industry events and networking opportunities.
