Job summary

StudentJob is looking for a Management Intern starting from August/September 2024 at the Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam. As an intern, you will support the management team and contribute to creating an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications

• Minimum internship period of 6 months required.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands (student of Dutch Hotelschool or EU nationality).

Responsibilities

• Ensure a consistent and exemplary standard of service.
• Contribute to the seamless operation of the hotel.
• Oversee the care of guests from their arrival to departure.
• Operate all necessary technical equipment.
• Take over from the previous shift with all necessary information.
• Accurately execute instructions from management.
• Maintain a cost-conscious approach to all tasks.
• Participate in internal meetings and training courses.
• Promote hotel services and maintain comprehensive service knowledge.
• Be proficient in using the Micros cash system.
• Maintain knowledge of menus and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
