CXG seeks individuals to act as luxury brand evaluators, discreetly assessing customer experiences across fashion, beauty, jewelry, and automotive brands. You may visit stores or evaluate online from home, providing insights that help brands refine services.

Assignments are flexible and can be completed multiple times monthly. You will interact with prestigious brands and receive compensation for your time and input, with potential reimbursements on purchases.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Choose assignments - align missions with preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in stores or online from home.
• Observe carefully - check ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback - share observations through questionnaires.
