Job summary

CXG, a leading global customer experience company, invites you to become a luxury brand evaluator. You will discreetly assess customer experiences across boutiques or online, and provide feedback to help brands refine services.

No prior experience required; honesty and passion for luxury are key. Visit stores or evaluate online from home, choose assignments aligned with your interests, and enjoy a flexible workload with multiple missions per month.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Observant and passionate about customer experience.
No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsibilities

Choose your assignments - align your missions with your personal preferences and profile.
Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in the stores or online from the comfort of your home.
Observe carefully - check the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
Provide honest feedback - use our platform to share your observations through questionnaires.
