CXG is seeking evaluators to join a global network of premium brands. You will visit luxury stores or evaluate online, observe ambiance and service quality, and provide structured feedback through our mobile platform. Flexibility and regular opportunities to work on missions are key benefits.

Applicants must be 18+, impartial, reliable, and passionate about customer experience. Prior experience is not required, making this an accessible entry point for genuine customers who value quality

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsabilidades

• Choose your assignments - align your missions with your personal preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in the stores or online from the comfort of your home.
• Observe carefully - check the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback - use our platform to share your observations through questionnaires.
