Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and a current customer of premium brands.
• No contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience required; honest feedback from genuine customers is valued.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments aligned with your preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online and interact with sales colleagues as needed.
