TK MAXX in Eindhoven is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to ensure the safety of customers and assets. The ideal candidate will support a positive shopping experience by being a friendly presence and work closely with the store team to prevent loss and resolve conflicts effectively.

As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will help deliver the goal of keeping our customers, associates and assets safe. Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or in a security guard role is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive customer experience within the store by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at the entrance doors.
• Deterr loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Be self‑motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.
