Job summary

Randstad in Amsterdam is seeking a logistics worker to sort and process inbound and outbound goods, including alcohol, TVs and home appliances, in a high-tech warehouse.

You will operate an electric pallet truck (EPT), ensure safety under camera surveillance, and join a team of 25 colleagues guided by experienced coordinators. The role centers on night shifts with a fixed 21:45 or 00:30 start times.

Qualifications

• Language: Dutch and/or English required.
• Availability for 8-hour night shifts starting at 21:45 or 00:30.
• Ability to handle (sealed) alcohol packaging.
• Physically fit to lift up to 25–30 kg and walk a lot.
• Location willingness to work in Amsterdam (Westpoort).

Responsibilities

• Scan, sort, and process inbound/outbound goods (e.g., white goods, TVs, home & living, bicycles, and alcohol).
• Confidently operate an electric pallet truck (EPT).
• Follow safety procedures in a high-tech, camera-surveilled warehouse.
• Be part of a team of 25 colleagues guided by coordinators.
• Work independently and stay calm as pace increases.

who are you

As a logistics worker, you are the driving force behind the sorting process. Together with your team, you ensure that packages from major brands are sorted lightning-fast and flawlessly.

• Language: You speak good Dutch and/or English.
• Availability: You are available for 8-hour night shifts and can start at either 21:45 or 00:30.
• Product Handling: You have no objection to working with (sealed boxes of) alcohol.
• Physical Fitness: You are physically fit, able to lift up to 25 kg to 30 kg, and comfortable with walking a lot during your shift.
• Location: You are willing to work in Amsterdam (Westpoort).
