Job summary

Pro Industry in Rotterdam is looking for a hands-on Logistics Operator to ensure the right materials reach the right place at the right time in a three-shift production setting.

You will operate the forklift, move materials between warehouse, loading docks, and production lines, stack pallets, and keep transport and waste records up to date. English proficiency is required, and forklift certification is preferred.

• MBO-level background in relevant field.
• Experience in logistics or production is a plus.
• Valid forklift license or willingness to obtain one.

Are you a hands-on professional with a keen eye for order, safety, and efficiency? As a Logistics Operator, you ensure that all raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products are delivered to the right place at the right time. Working independently in a dynamic production environment, you are the crucial link between the warehouse and the production lines. With a salary of up to €3,500 per month including shift allowance in a 3-shift system, you are also well rewarded for your efforts!

As a Logistics Operator, you will operate the forklift and carry out a variety of logistics tasks, including:

• Supplying and removing raw and auxiliary materials as well as finished products from the production lines.
• Moving materials between the warehouse, loading docks, and production department.
• Stacking pallets and processing waste streams.
• Completing transport and waste registration forms in line with procedures.
• Cleaning and maintaining logistics tools and equipment.
• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.

You are the right candidate if you:

• Have an MBO-level background.
• Bring experience in logistics or production processes (a plus).
• Hold a valid forklift license, or are willing to obtain one.
• Are flexible, stress-resistant, and take responsibility.
• Have a good command of the English language.
