Job summary

Luba Uitzendbureau in Hoofddorp seeks a Warehouse Worker to join a modern logistics team. The role is full-time (40 hours) with an immediate start. You will work in a supportive environment focused on accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of orders.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. Expect to be active, learn new skills, and grow within logistics with clear guidance from colleagues and team leaders.

Qualifications

• You enjoy working in a warehouse and don’t mind being physically active.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
• You speak English or Dutch.
• You have 1–2 years of experience in logistics or warehouse work.
• You are hands-on, reliable and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking, packing, and placing items in the correct area for transport.
• Check inventory and help with loading and unloading trucks.
• Keep the warehouse tidy and safe; operate internal transport equipment when trained.
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to meet daily targets.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to grow within logistics.
