Alert HR is opening a brand-new location in Amsterdam and seeks a motivated Logistics Returns Operator to join the day shift. You will process all returned shipments, perform administrative tasks in the logistics system, and ensure accurate data handling to keep goods moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assess, and register all incoming return shipments with accuracy;
• Complete all administrative tasks, including processing loading lists and waybills;
• Enter product and customer information into logistics systems;
• Sort and classify returned goods by quality and destination;
• Follow internal logistics procedures and quality standards;
• Identify and report discrepancies, damage, or missing documentation;
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily returns processing targets;
• Suggest ideas to improve and streamline the returns processes at the new location.

For a brand-new location in Amsterdam, we are looking for enthusiastic Returns Operators who enjoy structure and a dynamic working environment. In this active role, you will play a key part in the logistics process by ensuring every returned shipment is processed quickly and accurately.
