Wat ga je doen?

As a Logistics Employee at DSV in Moerdijk, you will start with a gross hourly wage between €15.55 and €15.87, depending on your experience and excluding shift allowances. The location is in Moerdijk, in the region of Breda, Dordrecht, Rotterdam, and Roosendaal.

Together with your team, you will make sure that everything in the warehouse runs smoothly. Your tasks are varied: from checking and packing outbound orders and processing incoming goods to carrying out inventory checks. You will use the WMS system for this and operate an electric pallet truck (EPT). You will also identify discrepancies in inventory and help maintain a safe and tidy workplace.

As a Logistics Employee, you will work full-time. You can work either in a day shift from 08:00 to 17:00 or in a two-shift system. If you work in two shifts, you will work either the morning shift from 06:00 to 15:00 or the late shift from 15:00 to 00:00.

No working day is the same, but as a Logistics Employee, you always know how to keep an overview. You are an important link in the logistics process and help make sure everything runs smoothly. Your work is both physical and administrative. At the Moerdijk location, in the region of Breda, Dordrecht, Rotterdam, and Roosendaal, you will have plenty of opportunities to develop yourself.

Your responsibilities include:

• Checking and packing outbound orders;
• Checking and processing incoming (inbound) goods;
• Processing logistics data in the WMS system;
• Carrying out inventory checks;
• Operating an electric pallet truck (EPT);
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies in goods or inventory;

Wie ben je?

You are a hands-on person who enjoys physical work and is also comfortable with administrative tasks. You like working accurately and have an eye for detail.

You speak Dutch or English and are able to travel independently to Moerdijk (your own transportation is required).

Previous experience in logistics is preferred, for example as a Logistics Employee, Warehouse Employee, Order Picker, or Warehouse Operative. You are able to operate an EPT, and experience with a reach truck is a plus.

You are administratively skilled, accurate, and enjoy working as part of a team. You are flexible and have a solution-oriented mindset.
