Job summary

Invite Jobs B.V. is seeking a Logistics Employee – Production in Helmond to join a role combining logistics tasks with hands-on production work. The person will monitor processes, operate conveyors, move crates, and assist with cleaning in a two-shift setup (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00).

Overtime may occur; forklift certification and multilingual ability (Dutch/Polish/Ukrainian) are valued. The position offers a practical, independent role within a production environment handling fresh

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certificate.
• Experience in logistics and/or production.
• Willing to perform production, cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Able to closely monitor the production process.
• Language skills in Dutch, Polish or Ukrainian.
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system.
• Flexibility for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the production process and ensure conveyors run smoothly.
• Remove full crates in time and move them to the correct location.
• Assist with cleaning and keep the production area neat and organized.
• Work in a two-shift schedule (06:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00).
• Overtime may occur and should be expected.

Do you enjoy practical work and like to roll up your sleeves? For our client in Helmond, we are looking for a Logistics Employee – Production. In this role, you will combine logistics activities with production work. Do you have a valid forklift certificate and experience in logistics or production? Then this could be a great opportunity for you!

Over de vacature:

As a Logistics Employee – Production, you are an important link in the production process. Fresh vegetables arrive at our client's facility, where they are washed, cleaned and cut. The vegetables are then processed into high-quality semi-finished products for various well-known food manufacturers.

Your work is varied. You monitor the production process and make sure the conveyor belts continue to run properly. If necessary, you take action to keep the process running smoothly.

You are also responsible for removing full crates on time and ensuring they are taken to the correct location. In addition, you assist with cleaning activities and make sure that the production area remains clean, tidy and organized.

You will work in a 2-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon/evening shift: 15:00 – 23:00

Overtime may occur.
