Job summary

Jobster in Venlo is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our logistics operation, taking a technical specialist role within a small team. You will diagnose recurring issues, implement sustainable fixes, and support continuous improvement in a dynamic warehouse.

You will work hands-on with machinery, electrical systems and PLC-controlled equipment, analyse root causes, and guide technicians to raise reliability and performance across the operation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues involving machinery, electrical systems, and software.
• Analyze recurring breakdowns and identify root causes with structured methods.
• Install, commission, maintain and optimize warehouse machinery and logistics systems.
• Support and guide maintenance technicians with challenging technical issues.
• Develop and implement long-term improvements to increase system reliability.
• Contribute to projects improving operational efficiency and warehouse operations.
