Continu Professionals in the Netherlands is seeking 12 motivated Logistics Employees to develop careers in a high-tech environment in the Veldhoven region. We welcome candidates from various backgrounds and value motivation, personality, and a willingness to learn.

Job Description – What will you do?

As a Logistics Employee, you'll work in a modern high-tech environment where materials and goods must be handled carefully and logistical processes need to run smoothly. You'll learn how logistics operations work within a complex technical organization and have the opportunity to develop new knowledge and practical skills.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming goods.
• Picking, moving, and storing materials in the correct locations.
• Registering goods and updating information in digital systems.
• Supporting colleagues with day-to-day logistics activities.
• Following established procedures and quality guidelines.
• Identifying bottlenecks and thinking of practical solutions.
• Helping maintain an organized, safe, and efficient working environment.
• Contributing ideas to make processes smarter and more efficient.

You don't need to know everything from day one. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and wants to help improve both their own performance and the way things are done.

A completed education or qualification is an advantage. However, if your experience comes from a completely different industry, we'd still love to hear from you. Experience in order picking, warehouse operations, reach truck driving, or logistics systems is an advantage, but is not necessarily a requirement. Specific requirements will depend on the duties of the position and will be discussed during the introductory interview.
