Job summary

The Medical Export Group BV is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the international supply chain, ensuring on-time delivery of essential medical supplies and compliance with regulations.

You will coordinate shipments, monitor orders, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners, while handling transport planning, documentation, and customs. Dutch and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• MBO level 4 in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.
• Knowledge of international transport, Incoterms, and customs.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Good Dutch and English skills.
• Bonus: GDP guidelines knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments from supplier to customer

• Work closely with internal teams and external logistics partners
• Manage transport planning, documentation, and customs requirements

Your role

You are at the heart of our international supply chain. From the moment a supplier confirms an order to final delivery, you ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in line with international regulations. Your work directly supports NGOs, UN organizations, and healthcare systems globally.
