Job summary

De Kroes Tasty Bakeries in Oosterhout is seeking a motivated logistics associate to join our team. You’ll work day shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, ensuring smooth receipt and shipment of goods to support production.

You’ll manage materials flow, load and unload trucks, record materials, and keep the workspace clean and safe according to quality guidelines. A meticulous, proactive mindset and forklift/reach truck certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• MBO level education and thinking required.
• Experience as a logistics employee in a production environment preferred.
• Forklift and/or reach truck certification required or desirable.
• Meticulous approach to work and good surroundings awareness.
• Proactive work attitude and orderliness.

Responsibilities

• Receive and ship goods to support production.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to the production schedule.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Record materials accurately and store them properly.

For our location in Oosterhout, we are looking for a motivated logistics associate to join our team.

At our bakery in Oosterhout, we produce the tastiest (cheese) crackers, toasts, breakfast crackers, pastry, and other delicious products entirely in-house every day. With passion, ambition, and a strong sense of teamwork, we ensure that our products can be found in supermarkets throughout Western Europe, the United States, and beyond.

And you? You’ll be joining our logistics team in a dynamic environment where collaboration is key. You’ll work day shifts, from 6:00 a.m. Monday through 2:00 p.m. Friday.

What will you do?

As a logistics associate, you’ll be responsible for the receipt and shipment of our goods. Thanks to your efforts, the production department will have everything it needs to consistently manufacture the best products for our customers. You’ll work the day shift, from 6:00 a.m. Monday through 2:00 p.m. Friday.

You’ll ensure that:

• Our production schedule runs smoothly because you deliver raw materials and supplies to the right place at the right time;
• Our trucks are loaded and unloaded efficiently;
• Our raw materials are properly recorded and stored correctly;
• The paperwork is accurate and processed carefully;
• Your work environment remains safe, tidy, and in order according to our quality guidelines;
• Our customers receive their products on time, thanks to the daily efforts of you and your team.
• You’re the linchpin who keeps everything running smoothly!

What are we looking for?

• Vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking;
• Experience as a logistics employee in a production environment;
• A valid forklift and/or reach truck certification;
• A meticulous approach to work and attention to your surroundings;
• A proactive work attitude;
• An eye for order and neatness.
