Job summary

Picnic is seeking an Associate Product Manager to own parts of its logistics product from day one. You will work end-to-end, analyzing data and collaborating with engineers and business teams to design solutions and validate impact through experiments.

As an APM, you’ll be mentored by experienced PMs and gain rapid exposure to multiple domains within our logistics network, from warehouse automation to inbound/outbound flows. This is a hands-on, growth-focused program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field like Econometrics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
• Builder at heart. You’ve taken initiative and created something from scratch.
• Highly ambitious, natural curiosity and empathy for users. You want to understand, you’re always asking why, and you always think about how to make things better.
• Go-getter with bias toward action and delivery. EU working permit or citizenship required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own part of Picnic's logistics product from day one and contribute to end-to-end product development.
• Analyze operational data, collaborate with engineers, and validate impact through experiments and analytics.
• Work with business teams and stakeholders across Logistics and Operations to shape solutions.
• Ship features and iterate based on real data and user feedback.
