Picnic Technologies is launching a Graduate Program to fast-track future Product Managers. From day one you’ll own parts of logistics tech, analyze data, and work with stakeholders to design and validate impact.
You’ll progress from learning to owning features, with mentorship and an emphasis on real-world impact across warehouse automation and last-mile operations.
Always wanted to build the systems behind one of Europe’s most advanced supply chains? As part of this Graduate Program, you’ll own part of Picnic’s logistics tech products from day one. You’ll be end‑to‑end responsible for developing products that power our operations by understanding operational challenges, analyzing data, working with business teams, designing solutions with engineers, and validating impact through experiments and analytics. You’re the one making it happen. The program at Picnic is one of the most ambitious tracks in the industry: from recent graduate to Product Manager.
0‑6 months You’ll learn how to solve operational problems. From day one, you’ll help build products that improve the performance of our supply chain, while getting to know our logistics systems end to end. To understand what to build, you’ll analyze operational data, observe processes on the warehouse floor, and work closely with stakeholders across Logistics and Operations. Based on your insights, you’ll help shape new solutions.
6‑12 months You build your first features from scratch. This is the first time you’ll own the full product development lifecycle. With help of an experienced Product Manager, you’ll scope a customer problem, shape the solution across design, engineering, data, and business. You’ll drive execution on your plan, ship to customers & see the direct impact of your work.
12+ months You’ll own a logistics product scope end to end. You’ll identify the biggest operational opportunities and own the solutions: from research and analysis to stakeholder alignment, technical implementation, and rollout. Whether it’s improving warehouse automation, inbound flows, inventory accuracy, or last‑mile operations, you’ll lead the product direction and be responsible for the outcomes.
We’re looking for future leaders who are hungry to learn, eager to build, and passionate about our mission. You don’t need years of product management experience, but you do need to show us you have the raw talent and drive to succeed.
Many strong candidates talk themselves out of applying because they don’t tick every box. If this role excites you and you believe you have what it takes, apply.
This vacancy remains open, we hire throughout the year whenever we find the right match.
Ready to build the future with us? Apply now and tell us what you would build first.
