Job summary

ZZC is looking for a flexible, proactive logistics administrative assistant who can work independently, accurately, and in a structured manner. The new colleague will start in the position of Logistics Administrative Assistant/Export, but the intention is for the employee to master more aspects over time.

ZZColdstores specializes in the temperature-controlled storage of primarily exotic fruit. With cold storage facilities in Kruiningen and Vlissingen-Oost and our own unloading quay, we offer quality, high capacity, and flexibility in storage and transshipment. We excel in software development to assist customers even faster and easier and to provide them with information.

This is what you are going to do

• The administrative processing of goods movements by our warehouse
• Creating outtakes for shipments
• Contact with customers regarding shipments
• Contact with carriers regarding outgoing goods
• The correct handling and archiving of all documents and certificates.
• Drawing up the various certificates and transport documents
• Keeping procedures and routines up to date

The conditions

• The working hours are from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00
• The start and end times can be determined in consultation with your colleagues
• You are willing to perform work in both Kruiningen and Vlissingen

Education & experience

• Knowledge of and experience with MS Office
• Required language skills: good spoken and written Dutch and English; German or Spanish is a plus.
