Job summary

BPO Services is seeking a Logistic Team Leader for our Breda-based weekend operations inside the VintedGO facility. You will oversee a team on Saturdays, guiding performance and targets across two shifts.

You’ll start with a brief, walk the floor to coordinate flow, and assist bottlenecks to keep operations moving smoothly. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and efficiency, with English as the main floor language.

Who you are

As a Logistic Team Leader you are a natural motivator who leads by example. You keep a cool head when things get busy and know exactly how to keep your team energized. Furthermore

• You are available to work every Saturday for one of the two designated shifts.
• You have an excellent command of the English language (our main language on the floor).
• You preferably have some experience in logistics, warehousing, or a supervisory role.
• You are decisive, responsible, and focus on both safety and efficiency.

What will you do

As a Logistic Team Leader at BPO Services, you are the engine of the weekend operation. On Saturday they are working in 2 shifts, you can choose which shift suits you best: 06:00 - 15:00 OR 15:00 - 00:00. You will start your Saturday by briefing your team, ensuring everyone knows their targets for the day. Throughout your shift, you walk the floor, coordinate the workflow, and jump in to help solve any bottlenecks. Furthermore you will be:

• Coaching, guiding, and motivating your team members.
• Monitoring the daily logistics targets and adjusting the planning where necessary.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and positive working environment.
• Handling administrative tasks and communicating with the Shift Manager.
