Job summary

Randstad - Netherlands is hiring a logistics worker in Amsterdam (Westpoort) to sort and process goods for major brands. You will scan, sort and move items with an electric pallet truck in a high‑tech warehouse with camera surveillance.

You will work 8-hour night shifts starting at 21:45 or 00:30, with a fixed 17% night shift allowance, bringing the gross hourly wage to €17.54. Must lift 25–30 kg, speak Dutch and/or English, and join a 25‑person team.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team of about 25 colleagues and contribute to a smooth shift.
• Maintain a proactive and calm attitude when pace increases.

who are you

As a logistics worker, you are the driving force behind the sorting process. Together with your team, you ensure that packages from major brands are sorted lightning-fast and flawlessly.

• Language: You speak good Dutch and/or English.
• Availability: You are available for 8-hour night shifts and can start at either 21:45 or 00:30.
• Product Handling: You have no objection to working with (sealed boxes of) alcohol.
• Physical Fitness: You are physically fit, able to lift up to 25 kg to 30 kg, and comfortable with walking a lot during your shift.
• Location: You are willing to work in Amsterdam (Westpoort).

You scan, sort, and process inbound and outbound goods (including white goods, TVs, home & living, bicycles, and alcoholic beverages).

• Confident EPT operator: You confidently maneuver through the warehouse using an electric pallet truck (EPT).
• Safety & compliance-conscious: You take procedures seriously, which is essential in a high-tech warehouse under camera surveillance.
