Job summary

DHL Supply Chain zoekt een Logistic Employee om onze magazijnoperaties nauwkeurig en efficiënt te laten verlopen. Je houdt toezicht op stagnatie-gerelateerde items in afstemming met klanten in de inkomende afdeling en verwerkt tickets en retouren met aandacht voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.

De functie werkt in twee ploegen (06:00–15:00 en 15:00–00:00) en biedt mogelijkheden tot certificering voor EPT en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Basiskennis en ervaring in logistiek.
• Goede beheersing van Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
• Computervaardigheden (Microsoft Office).
• Eerdere ervaring met het bedienen van een elektrische pallettruck (EPT), certificering mogelijk.

Responsibilities

• Volgen van stagnatietickets en sluiten ervan.
• Boeken van stagnaties in het systeem.
• Voorbereiden van retouren naar leveranciers.
• Bedienen van EPT en dagelijks taken via systemen beheren.

Over de functie

As a logistic employee you are responsible for handling stagnation- related items in cooperation with clients in the Inbound Department. The role involves organizing stagnation processes, managing tickets, and preparing returns while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Following up on stagnation tickets and closing tickets
• Booking stagnations in the system
• Preparing returns to suppliers for transport
• Operating EPT and using computer systems to manage daily tasks

Working hours:

Two-shift system from Monday to Friday:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 00:00

• Basic knowledge and experience in logistics
• Good command of English, both spoken and written

• Previous experience operating an electric pallet truck (EPT) - we can help you get certified!

• IKB allowance of € 0.39 for hours worked between 6:00 and 18:00
