Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Amsterdam is seeking a QE Operator to join our Content Platforms & Operations team, focused on web, mobile, and connected device clients. You will troubleshoot live and VOD playback issues, work with Media Operations to ensure quality, and support 24/7 live events with strong debugging skills.

The ideal candidate has a robust technical background, experience with Conviva analytics, and familiarity with proxy tools such as Charles and Fiddler.

Qualifications

Availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Possibility to work up to 40 hours per week when required.
Strong understanding of computer programs and applications.
Strong knowledge of mobile/connected device platforms and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Familiarity with proxy tools (Charles/Fiddler) for live debugging.
Familiarity with online video analytics tools (Conviva).
Team-oriented with a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

Own major QE tasks and lead end-to-end testing for live and VOD playback.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and reproduce issues; coordinate with Media Ops to ensure quality.
Produce daily reports; escalate issues to development teams as needed.
Support 24/7 live events and assist leads with technical documentation.
