Nomadify is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its international team in Lisbon. You will handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and timely solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Training is provided, and relocation support is offered for those moving to Lisbon for at least 12 months. Ideal candidates are fluent in a European language and have basic English skills (B1+).

Qualifications

• Fluent in at least one European language.
• Basic to intermediate English (B1+).
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon for a minimum of 12 months.
• No prior customer service experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and timely solutions.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Follow internal procedures, quality standards and compliance.
• Document interactions and update records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
