Job summary
FH Collective - Academy is seeking a Flemish-speaking Customer Support Representative to assist clients in Lisbon, Portugal. You will deliver empathetic, accurate help to Flemish-speaking customers, ensuring a positive service experience.
Working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. The role offers a base gross salary of €1,400 per month plus a €100 performance bonus and a €150 language bonus. Relocation support is not provided. Candidates must be locally based in Lisbon.

- Proficiency in Flemish.

- Provide empathetic and accurate customer support to Flemish-speaking customers.
- Assist customers and document interactions in the CRM.
