Job summary
FH Collective Academy is seeking a Flemish-speaking Customer Support Representative for our Lisbon-based project. You will assist Flemish-speaking customers with empathy and accuracy, handling inquiries and guiding users through the support process.
This full-time role offers a gross salary of 1,400.00 € per month plus a 100.00€ performance bonus and a 150.00€ language bonus, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday.
