Job summary

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is seeking an experienced Line Maintenance Mechanic for Schiphol Centre. You will perform P-inspections, ensure aircraft readiness, and carry out maintenance per safety regulations.

You will also contribute to process improvements and support on-time departures. The role requires at least 3 years of experience as an authorised Mechanic M&A, willingness to undergo Cat A training, and strong technical English.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience as an authorised Mechanic M&A or similar role.
• Willingness to undergo training to obtain multiple Cat A authorisations.
• After training, Cat A authorisation may lead to Line Maintenance Mechanic appointment.
• Proficient command of technical English, both spoken and written.
• Ensure correct application of safety regulations (Safety Management System).

Responsibilities

• Perform P-inspections to ensure aircraft readiness and on-time departures.
• Maintain and repair aircraft within the scope, following procedures and regulations.
• Provide professional guidance and certification per safety standards.
• Contribute to optimising maintenance processes and department efficiency.
