Job summary

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is seeking a committed Ground Engineer to ensure the safety and timely departure of aircraft from Schiphol. You will perform maintenance, supervise activities, and release aircraft to service, contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Join the Airframe team in a shift-based role, collaborating with technicians and flight crews across multiple aircraft types. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is a plus, with relocation support and competitive total compensation.

Qualifications

• EASA-licensed Ground Engineer required for multiple aircraft types (B737, B777, A330, A320 NEO, B787).
• Strong English language skills (spoken and written) are essential.
• Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ground maintenance processes run flawlessly.
• Perform inspection, maintenance and modification activities and supervise them.
• Carry out work per specifications and safety regulations (e.g., Safety Management System).
• Release aircraft to service with a Certificate of Release to Service.
• Improve maintenance processes and contribute to team development.
